The hotel is in a fantastic location just 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco, offering charming traditionally decorated rooms with canal views. The service is top-notch with friendly and kind staff, although the dining experience could be enhanced. The hotel facilities are basic but clean and authentic, providing a genuine Venetian experience.

The hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right near San Marco square and the Rialto bridge, making it easy to explore. However, the room was a bit cramped and lacked a nice view. The service was mostly great, except for one instance of impoliteness. The dining experience was average, with some highlights like fantastic pastries but limited options overall.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was overall delightful! The rooms were lovely, spotless, and made daily, although the shower was a bit quirky in our room. We only had one small window with no view but always found a table easily. The service was very nice and helpful, especially when we needed directions to the third floor; it made our stay easier. The location couldn't be better, being very central and quiet, just a stone's throw away from St Mark's square. The dining experience offered lots of options for a B&B, which was lovely in an intimate setting. The facilities were top-notch, contributing to a pleasant stay.
